   The team at toni and guy didsbury are always so lovely and welcoming! They make you feel right at home and there is always such a fab atmosphere. I had a cut and colour and it has completely transformed my look, I got framing layers around the face and I can’t stop getting compliments. They knew exactly what I wanted and killed it :-) love going in and chatting with the team, couldn’t recommend the salon enough

   Amazing customer service, great products used, lovely relaxing hair wash with massage chair. Super talented stylist Lou who was extremely comfortable working with my curly somewhat untamable hair and managed to cut and style it perfectly to my liking and as per the consultation we had prior to the cut. I have been looking for a hairdresser like Lou for years now with no luck so there will be no chance of me going anywhere else now I've found her!! I walked out of the salon feeling amazing and loved my new hair cut and style. I was already getting compliments by the afternoon too. Very happy customer.

   My first appointment with Laura was excellent. I booked in for Long hair Style & Cut, incl Blowdry. The cut & finish was exactly what I discussed with her prior. I had a long fringe cut in with layers to frame my face, whilst maintaining a longer length. The cut was fresh & flawless. Her skills and techniques were effortless. I feel it's important to mention that washing my hair was very comfortable and the products used to smooth out tangles were great. My hair is very long & usually there is a slight discomfort during this process.However, today was relaxing. I plan to book in for colour & refresh next. I'm so happy ( & relieved) I've found a great hairdresser. Lovely lady & great stylist. Furthermore,I bought some products for home use & Laura was able to assist with my choices.

   Really friendly staff, relaxed environment and very clean. Gareth is very attentive, he listened to my ideas on my hair colour and offered advice and recommendations which resulted in the colour being much better than I had hoped for. Lauren is a fantastic stylist who always cuts and styles my hair, every time I go I come out looking different with an interesting twist on my day to day look. Overall the team at Didsbury are lovely and deliver an excellent salon experience.

   Another amazing experience at the salon today. The whole team are fantastic. Welcoming, friendly and attentive. Combine that with their ability to set you up with a gorgeous look and what more can you ask for. When you get to the backwash, it’s a little spa experience, from the massage chair, to the hot towel wrap after a wonderful head massage (big thanks to Amelia for her skills). I love this salon, the people are wonderful. I highly recommend them, especially if your previous experiences haven’t been great, just go down, tell the team and they will sort you out.

   I have been having my hair dyed for decades at this point. I've had about everything go wrong, but one thing has always been true. I have never walked out of an appointment and loved the colour of my hair. It normally takes me a week for it to mellow out because my hair soaks up colour and doesn't let go. That was until almost two months ago where Gareth did my hair. He stopped and listened to me, understood what I said and produced the perfect colour for me! I was beyond happy from the first moment I saw it. And let me say, two months later it still looks amazing. I highly recommend having Gareth do your colour! You won't be sorry since he actually listens! Kudos to this T&G for snagging him!

   I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and they honestly feel like family! So friendly and I have the most fun when I’m there. Gareth colours my hair - he’s a magician! He’s really got a fantastic eye for beautiful colour and I completely trust his judgement. I always walk out of there feeling fabulous and the products they use are lovely too- my hair always feels strong and silky after a visit. Gaz usually cuts my hair and he’s fantastic! Really listens to what you want and helps create your perfect style - I always feel like the end result is exactly how I had described it!

   I have been coming to Toni and Guys now for the past 3 years and love the way my hair looks and feels when I leave. I always have my hair cut by Reece and love what he does with my hair. He knows exactly what I want and how I like my hair to be styled. The whole team are friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys.

   ABSOLUTELY AVOID. We took our son here for a haircut yesterday Feb 20 2023. We could see it did not look great and he was not happy be we waited until we had left. He cried his eyes out and said what a mess they had made. We tried to play it down and said once we washed it, it would settle down. Everyone who saw it that day and since asked where the hell had we taken him and what a mess, one person saying it looks like he had been run over by a lawnmower. After washing it and drying it, it looked even worse, you can see from the photos the back just looks like an uneven wedge on his head, the front has a huge bit hacked out of it, it looks absolutely ridiculous, i could have done a better job myself. I tried to speak to the manager today to discuss this rather than air on social media and reviews but no return call - clearly can't be bothered. The fact that they let him leave thinking this is what good looks like says it all! The worst has been seeing him so upset, we have managed to get to a proper hairdresser to sort this mess as he was refusing to leave this house - he has never been like this over his hair. Absolutely disgusting, such a bad haircut and even worse that they cannot be bothered to return calls so we could atleast discuss it, not that we would have let them touch it again. I would read the bad reviews and take these as the true reflection of this place!
