Just had my hair coloured by Evie at Didsbury salon. The best colour I've ever had, I feel years younger! Such a lovely experience too: from Anna's warm welcome, to Evie's hilarious chat, felt like I'd known them all for years. The salon is beautiful and everyone is friendly and professional. I won't go anywhere else
Laura is honestly the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She always understands exactly what I want, gives great advice, and I walk out feeling amazing every single time. She’s so talented and genuinely lovely. Anna on reception is always friendly and welcoming too! Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made my visit exceptional were the managers Molly & Anna. They are the heart of this place — professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for every customer. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, understood exactly what I wanted, and checked in throughout the process to ensure everything was perfect. Their leadership clearly sets the tone, because the entire team is friendly, talented, and organised. Not only did my hair turn out better than I imagined, but I left feeling confident and cared for. It’s rare to find a salon where the managment takes such pride in their work and treats clients with such kindness and respect. I can’t recommend Terence Paul Didsbury enough. If you’re looking for excellent service, skilled stylists, and managers who truly elevate the entire experience, this is the place to go!
Hayley is an exceptional hairdresser. I’ve been with her since 2002 and would never let anyone else touch my hair now. Her expert precision with colour placement is fantastic. Every time I come out of the salon, I feel fabulous. I highly recommend Hayley and Terence Paul!
Really disappointed. I came for my appointment for cut and colour on 4 March. I was fairly specific about what I was looking for (was happy with the existing colour but wanted it brightening up. I brought a picture to provide a guide of the contrast I was looking for). I’d also had a consultation a week earlier where we had talked about flashes and lightening up around the face (I was made to pay a £40 deposit at the consultation which I did without a quibble). In terms of cut my hair was really long and had some layers, I explained I wanted a good few inches (around 4) taking off but pointed out the exact length by referring to one of the layers as the shortest length I wanted. Unfortunately I’ve ended up with neither of these. Instead of the four inches I asked for taken off I had about 10 leaving me with a cut just a little longer than a bob (awful when you are used to having long hair) and whilst the colour is not bad it is just not at all what I asked for and is a lot darker with no flashes or brightening up. This was my first appointment six months after having a baby so I was obviously quite excited but really feel as if I wasn’t listened to and I’m quite gutted at what I’ve ended up with. Whilst it might be that the hairdresser thought I’d suit something different etc than I what I asked for I was specific and it is my call to decide what I have. It was also £180 which was very expensive considering neither cut not colour is what I had asked for.
Excellent as always never disappointed. I’m always made to feel special at each appointment like I’m the only person in the salon. Love my hair I’ve had plenty of comments today at work from colleagues and clients

I can’t recommend Laura enough, she is so knowledgeable and really understands what I am looking for with my colour/cut/style. The salon and products used are lovely too, I highly recommend.
Joanna was very friendly & did a great job of cutting & styling my hair! I loved the result! She was also very helpful explaining ways I could cover greys in the future without damaging my hair. Overall a great experience!
