   I would highly recommend using the tanning booth here. The lady that helped me was so nice, she explained everything to me as it was my first time. She also made me feel very comfortable and i will definitely be using a booth in future rather than a spray tan. I found it much more private and easy to follow.

   This was my first time ever getting a spray tan and the staff were so helpful and lovely. They explained in detail what to do which really helped me, since it was done in an automatic spray booth and i 100% enjoyed the experience, definitely worth it and will return!!

   I go on the automated spray tan booth regularly, I have had no issues and my skin comes out glowy every time. The process is very easy and dries very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a flawless tan which looks incredible!

   I had a nanokeratin hair smoothing treatment by Kerry. I was told it would smooth my curls. £200 later my curls were not smoothed. Hairdresser said it was just the cuticle that gets smooth when I complained but I was told it was curl smoothing at first then told something different after. Very dissapointed. I went in so she could have another look which resulted in nothing and asked her to do a colour whilst I was there - big mistake. At first the colour was lovely but turned my hair black the next day when it was meant to be purple/burgundy. When I let her know she said the purple had no black in it so it couldn't be black. I even sent her a picture to show her. No resolution from this situation and a lot of money down the drain. Shouldn't have gone to her twice.

   Lovely relaxing experience, great cut by Jack. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Had nails done too Carrie worked her magic on my hands. Would strongly recommend a visit.

   Just had my first hair appointment at this salon and I am so impressed! The stylist really listened to how I wanted my hair cut and coloured. I initially just popped in and I was delighted that I was given a full consultation which was so helpful, so I booked in. I have already booked my next appointment in.
