   Today I had my brows tinted, and a lash lift & tint too by Katya! Absolutely love them, especially my lashes they're amazing. I've had them done elsewhere before, but have to say I prefer the result of these much more. Needless to say I will be booking in again. I regularly have shellac nails both fingers & toes by Debbie. Perfect every time. Also my waxing & I always return for a reason. I highly recommend!

   I have been using this salon since July 2021 . I am a regular client and except for a repeated issue with shellac which was remediated I have had no no issues. The service has been good and friendly . I made 2 appointments about a month ago one for today and one for the 23/12. I forgot about today’s appointment and remembered about 1/2 hour before the appointment and called and spoke to the owner Debbie Burgess to say I’d be about 10 minutes late , was that ok or could I re- schedule . She refused and said I’d lose my deposit which I didn’t like but thought fair enough . I said I am good customer and I had an appointment on 23/12 and could she tag it on to that as it was only waxing she said she couldn’t and then i asked her to cancel that appointment . She informed me that I would lose that deposit for that too . I was surprised I was giving more than the 48 hour notice that was required according to the their own price list and felt that I either should be given back my deposit or it carried forward to a future appointment . Debbie wasnt prepared to do this and kept saying that is what non refundable meant until I said I won’t be coming to her salon again and then mid sentence she cut me off . Extremely disappointed

   Fantastic salon, friendly staff, great hygiene between every customer, wide range of treatments and services, non judgemental. Thankfully it within walking distance of my house as the only issue I've had is with parking.

   10 out of 10 for the Stamford house girls! Everyone is so so friendly and genuinely care. I went for my first ever bikini wax and I was made to feel so comfortable and confident! I’ve never been anywhere else since. Thank you always Debbie and the team x
