    I have clearly asked for highlights and she did balayage instead. It was few days before my wedding and she ruined my hair. Colour completely came off after one wash. Hair are dry and has started to break. My hair were also unven from the cut she did. Awful!! Really poor consultation. Not recommended at all. Don't bother if you want to be disappointed.
