I have no idea what the salon is like for cutting and colouring, but I absolutely cannot recommend them for styling.
Felt like every single person was trying to sell me an additional product/service and not listening to what I actually wanted/needed. I booked a wash and blow dry and wanted a conditioning treatment on it, ended up being charged £75 which is just extortionate for what I'd booked. Just wanted nice hair to go out with. They cut my hair which I hadn't booked but said I needed even though I'd had it cut 2 months previous. Then 3 different people tried to sell me this new product they had. I don't feel it was worth £75 as half the work was also done by a trainee and the blow dry didn't even last a day. Another stylist came over whilst the trainee was straightening my hair and very rudely challenged her on why she was still working on me and wasn't washing her client's colour off as requested and why wasn't Jo doing this herself. I felt very sorry for this girl as she was spoken to appalingly. Hair treatment was OK, staff were not professional. I wouldn't return

Amazing experience Nicola was extremely helpful and skillful knowing what my hair needed to look healthy again, if I could give 10 stars I would, finally feel like I can have my hair down and not feel embarrassed. Love it.
Came here for the first time this week. I have short hair and I've found it hard to find a salon that cuts it right. Nicola cut my hair here and I love it. Will definitely return and have recommended to friends.
Excellent first experience at JA. Lisa did a brilliant job, colour is spot on, and she made me feel very relaxed which is unusual for me in the hairdresser's chair! Highly recommend.
