   I've been having my ballyage with Lauren since the summer and she is so good! My hair has never been in such great condition. The staff are so nice when I pop in with my son too for a fringe trim. The whole place feels really luxurious and they always offer a great selection of drinks. Highly recommend.

   I had a lovely experience at Francesco Salon with Lauren. As a girlie with fine and thin hair, I tend to dread haircuts a little as I'm never sure how much will be taken off during the process and I'm trying to grow my hair. Lauren was excellent, she listened, advised and responded accordingly. Couldn't have asked for a better experienced - and she styled and cut my hair perfectly! I will certainly be back to book in with her again :)

   I had a half head of highlights, toner, and cut and blow with Lauren. She was absolutely amazing and very talented. After leaving the salon, I realised that the colour was a bit too vivid for me. I rang up and asked what to do and, with absolutely no quibbles, the team invited me back to the salon to make sure I got a result I was 100% happy with. Clarifying shampoo was applied to mute the colour slightly, and this made it an absolutely perfect result! Even better, I was given a fabulous blowout to top it all off, and with no cost to myself. The service here is fantastic, the team are all lovely, and I would absolutely recommend this salon!

   I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Mark is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely attentive to what you want. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great suggestions without ever being pushy. The cut/color/style turned out even better than I imagined — I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing, and it’s clear that Mark cares about both the quality of their work and their clients’ experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and thoughtful hairdresser!

   I have been going to Francesco hair salon for some time now and I can honestly say that Lizzie’s hair cutting skills are exceptional. My hair isn’t very easy to manage but I often think that you can tell a great hair dresser by the way the cut grows out but yet still keeps in style. I cannot praise her enough! She is always smiling and a pleasure to chat with.She is an absolute credit to the salon. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating and it’s always a pleasant experience when I visit!    This is a fantastic salon, so welcoming and I always feel amazing after I leave! I went to them when I was having problems with my colour and they did a brilliant job of sorting me out! I have been coming for over a year now and would happily have any of the staff do my hair!! 5 stars!!

   This is the best hair salon I have ever been a client at. It is friendly, fun, relaxed and not at all clicky. They treat all their customers,new and regular, as if they are the most important person from the moment they step in the door. My hair has never looked better and received so many compliments .    Absolutely love coming here..have had my hair done by most of the stylists and they all do an amazing job! I have psoriasis which they have the right products for. Brilliant for colour advice too. A very friendly welcome everytime I come...and the head massages are very relaxing too! A real gem of a place x
