    This was my first visit to Ryan Jake, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I explained I needed a cut, and Sharon came over to chat with me about what I was looking for. After I showed her a few photos, she took the time to make sure she fully understood the style I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Even during the cut, she regularly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and overall shape. That attention to detail made such a difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I absolutely love my new look! Sharon was amazing, and I honestly can’t recommend her or the salon enough. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Sharon!

    Never actually had my hair cut at Ryan Jake as my appointment was cancelled - they had double booked. Very poor service and not interested that they could not accommodate - no apology and not offered an appointment with anyone else. Did try calling again for an appointment at a different time but I think I had called at a bad time.
