   I am a regular customer here and usually very happy. However, my recent appointment for colour etc was cancelled at very short notice leaving me no opportunity to re/book elsewhere in time for two important events that I’d been preparing for. You’ve basically ruined my day and lost a regular customer.

   Feeling short changed- paid £103 for roots and blow dry. Except no blow dry -just sitting under a heater. For the privilege of leaving the salon with hair still damp hair I have to pay £40 odd, as the ridiculous policy of not being an allowed to leave with hair wet is applied . But the frustrating part is that with exception of one time I have never left with dry hair. Styling products applied and heat applied to the top of my head. Hair is not dry!. This is wrong. It is unfair. I have attended on 3 or 4 occasions and I know the costs all adds up. I do not believe this is a fair policy for a regular customer. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this establishment. The service is not value for money. I raised this with the salon and they did their best but ‘their hands are tied’ and offered to blot dry my hair! I have wavy hair so what use is this to me ! (diffuser doesn’t work).    I had to get a blow dry done asap as I'd torn ligaments in my wrist. I called in here in Selfridges and a delightful girl called Poppy did it. She was wonderful and turned out we had so much in common. I'd definitely go again and insist on this bubbly delight, this is for you Poppy ❣️

   This was my first visit to the salon, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease! Joanne cut my hair and I’m made up with it. She listened to what I wanted and also gave me some great advice, on how to look after my curly hair . I’ll definately be back thank you so much
