   After a few hours the “hairdresser” who did my hair looked miserable and kept complaining that my hair was too thick and she didn’t want to continue. I asked for knotless braids and many of the partings were not straight, the boxes are all unequal sizes and the ends were uneven and not sealed properly. Despite charging £100 it was clear that the braids were done by an amateur. I contacted the hairdresser to ask if she could issue a partial refund or redo some of the plaits and she ignored my messages. After 3 weeks they looked about 3 months old due to the wonky and large partings - I had to pay to have them redone elsewhere. This is my second time coming to this salon. The first time I booked a 9am appointment and despite arriving on time was not seen until after 1pm as a regular client was squeezed in before me on the day. When making my second appointment I was told it would cost £120, I then reminded the hairdresser that I had actually been to the salon before and it was £80 last time (January 2022). It seems there are two standards of treatment depending whether you are a new or regular client with new clients being given inexperienced hairdressers or being forced to wait much longer and charged higher prices
