   The stylist Daisy was great. Unfortunately the experience before the appointment was not. I had to come into Manchester for a colour test. The day before the appointment I received 4 phone calls from the salon and the call centre, all saying they could not find my colour test. On the day of the appointment I received 2 calls from the call centre saying the same. Although I explained in detail when and who had dealt with me they said they would have to look at cctv to see if I was telling the truth. Very disappointed at the lack of trust and the lack of the staff training to complete a simple procedure. Resorting to cancelling my appointment if they couldn't find their mistake. Luckily I came to the appointment and nothing was said about their mistake. No apology or explanation. Very disappointing.

   The whole service, from the receptionist to the hair dresser, was amazing. Everyone there is very welcoming. It is pricey, yes, but you cannot compare how much they know about their stuff with any other place. Coming back again, absolutely.

   As a hijab wearing woman, the consideration to my values that has been adapted to your salon layout made me feel welcome and valued. Your staff were warm and welcoming and the stylish who worked with me has 100% delivered exactly what I wanted especially given I came to your salon to correct a recent colour treatment I had elsewhere that I wasn't completely happy with.

   I had a haircut with Ali and he was excellent, very professional and skilled. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The salon itself was in great condition, very clean and tidy, including the brushes and stations, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I will definitely be returning.

   Had a fantastic colour from Libby but the cut (from a different person) was appalling. The way they offered to resolve by not charging and offering to fix was fine but that won't save my hair....it looks like Edward Scissorhands has styled it.

   What a lovely set of people! I went into the salon early Saturday evening on the off chance someone could curl my hair for an event and hadn’t booked an appointment previously. After being turned away by a couple of salons the lovely lady on reception asked one of the stylists if she could help and she said yes. Amazing service, very friendly team and went above and beyond to help me and it made my evening having styled hair. They did a great job. Thank you guys. Highly recommend. X

   Becky is just an amazing "style creator" with hair - for me, she just really listens; something many people don't do.But most importantly she's so creative WITHIN the options you want to leave with for your look. It's not a "cheap" expense, but of all the things you could occasionally get any where else, Toni&Guy is exceptional at giving you the most confident feeling whilst you're there, and, an amazing result that you were hoping for ( ... did I say their ideas & advice are second to none).
