   Previously had my hair cut on 3 occasions at Boa, great service and no issues. I got a voucher for Christmas so I booked an appointment in March. Arrived for a colour patch test and the salon was shut. Finally after a couple of days I contacted the salon and they advised me they were now operating out of Hed Shed in Hale as they’d had issues with their energy supply (not what I’d heard) and that they’d be back in their salon soon. I then went for a patch test in Hale for my appointment on the 8th April. All seemed ok and no concerns. I received a text on the 7th April to confirm my appointment. I arrived for my appointment in Altrincham to find the salon closed, I contacted Hed Shed, they advised they were no longer working from there and passed on a number for a member of staff. The member of staff said that they had not been paid by their employer and they were no longer working there & apologised that no one had been in touch to tell me. I’m putting a review on as it’s disgraceful what has happened to his employees but also to let people know that if they’ve a voucher, like me, it seems very unlikely that they’ll be able to use it.

   Best hairdressers, I first came here in Jan and was with Michelle for a full colour and style change. I don’t think I’ve ever left a hairdresser’s so happy. Now been 4 times and Mark and Phil look after my colour and cut, since Michelle went back to Brazil. Couldn’t be happier with my hair, all the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. My colour lasts really well with the Davines products and my cut just falls exactly how I like it with ease. If your in the market for a new salon, Boa is the one ☝️

   Had my hair coloured and cut at boa very disappointed the colour isn't what I wanted I had base colour and wanted blonde lights mingled through it ended up with just a few bits of blonde at the front then my God Sarah started with cut I asked for a reshape she scalped me it cost me £170 and will have to put highlights in myself what a night mare and very stressful never again. Following the recent review above , I would like to say thank you to Mark boa, He has done his very best to make amends.I will definitely be trying boa again.mark is such a lovely person , I look forward to meeting him when I am due for my next appointment xx

   What a lovely experience, Mark was so good and gave me so many helpful tips as he went along. A really nice guy and very talented, I am so pleased with my hair cut. The salon itself is immaculate, and everyone there very friendly, not at all intimidating, will definitely stick with this one.

   The Boa salon has been the most uplifting experience ever! Tash is amazing! I honestly have never felt so comfortable with a hair stylist! He is honest and so good at his job! The whole team is welcoming. Truly worth a visit- I never leave reviews- but these guys are worth it xx

   Trying BOA for the first time and absolutely loved it. I was looking for a hairstyle change. It was Bear, the stylist, who did it for me and exactly did what I wanted. Felt more than happy. Loved this place and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.
