   I was excited to get my hair done as I saw great reviews. I had really long dark hair and I wanted it to be dark brunette with a lighter brunette balayage. The back of hair was done well but still the wrong colour. However the front of my hair and my roots were blonde and grey. Both sides of my hair were different colours half orange shades and half blonde. My hair ended up ripping from the bleach. I wanted an inch chopped off but ended up with at least three inches gone. Her response was you wanted it shorter as you said it dragged down. I specifically asked for an inch off regardless, I assume it got cut more because of my hair ripping out. It came out in my hand ripped blonde hair. I spent £350. This whole process took 8 hours. I said there and then it wasn’t what I wanted as I didn’t want to be blonde. I’d made it clear no blonde due to me having dark features I knew it wouldn’t suit me. I was told it’s nice you’ll get used to it with no offer to fix it. I didn’t feel comfortable to then ask as she rushed to get out my house. I had to go to a friend to sort it out for me where I payed more money on top. Seeing another review on here even if I did ask apparently someone else got blocked for doing that. Gutted to write this as I don’t like doing things like this, I’ve never left a bad review on anything but this has upset me.

   Had my hair done by Lesa yesterday and what a delightful lady Lesa is plus my hair is wonderful yet again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lesa she's very professional and it's always a pleasure when she does my hair and yet again pleased with the results

   Lesa is amazing. She takes time to get hair just right, and listens to what you want. It's a pleasure to have her cut my hair. She is brilliant at cutting and shaping. I look forward to her visit as I always feel so much better afterwards.

   Do not use her service if you want what you pay for. The last colour had some issues and when I have asked for this to be corrected and a few more highlights added through the top I have been told that im wrong, I want something totally different than what I've asked for (which is absolutely not the case,) and now my next appointment has been cancelled after receiving a message on WhatsApp where I was blocked directly after. So warning when she does your hair sub standard and you ask for it to be corrected you will be blocked and you appointment cancelled and the issue won't be corrected. I'm in absolute shock! Photos are less than a week after my colour and you can see clearly there is uneven and dark patchy colour right in the centre parting.

   My first time having Lisa colour and cut my hair today and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Great, fast communication from me making contact initially and she took a lot of time to really understand what I was wanting. Super friendly lady, gave me lots of tips and advice on how to maintain the condition or my hair after so many years of having bleach on it. She really knows her stuff and it was invaluable to me that Lisa really listened and understood what I was wanting to achieve. Highly recommended. Can’t wait for my hair to grow to have one of her curly blows done!

   This was the second time we booked Lesa to do hair in our house. Today she did mine and my daughters hair. We both look amazing after her cut and blow dry. She was very patient with my giddy and then bored 9 year old. Lesa is a very pleasant and friendly person and will definitely be our go to hair dresser from now on.

   Really enjoyed my hair appointment with Lesa she’s very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Relaxing in your home is definitely a bonus, before the appointment she does completely explain all the products she was going to use on my hair which I think is very important. She uses the best products currently on the market. Would highly recommend Lesa if you don’t want that “salon nonsense” treat your self to a whole different experience in your own home.

   Lesa was amazing from start to finish. She really took the time, listening to every detail I wanted and then on the day went above and beyond on colour explanations ( which salons just do not do.) I would highly recommend! Super friendly and left my hair so so healthy with a beautiful colour.
