Today was my very first time going to Johnson’s Hairdressers for a full head colour, cut and blow dry. I was really impressed with how the Lady (so sorry, I can’t remember her name) made me feel welcome when I arrived. The lady asked if she could take my coat and asked if I would like a drink and I was then asked to take a seat. My appointment was with a lovely young lady called Alicia and she took excellent care of me. We went over what I was wanting to make sure I was happy with everything and then Alicia went to mix the colour. Whilst the colour was being applied to my hair Alicia made me feel comfortable and at ease by talking to me and I asked about the products with my hair feeling dry and losing its shine. We spoke about what would be best for my hair and the bottles were brought over to me for me to read. Alicia also got the lady to use these products on my hair when it was getting washed. The lady who washed my hair, washed it well and explained when she was brushing the conditioner through to towel drying my hair. When I saw my hair for the first time, I was so made up with it, even though it was still wet. I could see it looked a lot better. Once Alicia had cut my hair and dryer it, it looked even more amazing and I now feel like a new woman. I would like to thank Alicia for her time, patience, making me feel at ease and all the advice she gave me. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in January and thank you so much again ☺️ x
Thank you to Shelley and the team at Johnson’s for the excellent care and support you give to my son when he comes for his hair cut. My son has Cerebral Palsy that affects his mobility communication and learning. Shelley is amazing and adapts to his needs. I couldn’t ask for a better service that helps him to feel safe and calm whilst he has his hair cut. Highly recommended.

I had my hair done by liah wonderful job done i loved the attention given and my hair cut was perfect, I was so pleased . She was extremely friendly and is a confident hairdresser. I would recommend her to anyone.
Absolutely thee best hair Salon in the north west, all of the staff are welcoming, kind, always smiling, extremely helpful, listen to what YOU want doing to your hair not what they want you to have!! Even the boss is never without a smile and always speaks to you with a genuine interest, overall I'd recommend this hair Salon over any and very reasonable priced! Also EVERYONE TELLS ME HOW NICE MY HAIR IS AND HOW MUCH IT SUITS ME! B-) massive thanks to all the staff at Johnson's for looking after me....cu in Dec for my next apt stay safe guys xx
