    I had been planning to book another appointment after a very positive previous visit, but unfortunately my recent experience has changed my view. When I called to arrange a new appointment, it appeared the call wasn’t muted, and I overheard staff referring to me as “the girl with the green hair,” along with other inappropriate comments — despite not being asked my name. For context, my hair had temporarily taken on a green tone due to a product I had used some time ago, which I have since corrected. I was simply calling to see if some brown could be added through my hair, as it has been over two months since my last appointment. I find it unprofessional and disappointing to be spoken about in that manner, particularly when seeking professional help and paying for a service. It’s a shame, as I was very happy with my previous experience and even left a generous tip, but after this incident I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

    A lovely, friendly salon in Handforth. The staff are very friendly and very skilled at their job. It isn't busy so it's a nice and calm atmosphere and it's very modern and decorated wonderfully. I came for my prom hairstyle and I was so happy with it and I'm sure to visit more often for essential hair trims and styling
