   The worst haircut I’ve ever had! I asked for my hair to be thinned out all over and Frank only cut the sides so I’ve been left with a haircut that looks horrible. I was also left for nearly an hour before anyone noticed I was there after I’d booked in? I was told by the receptionist that the other appointment had run over the time but Frank said they hadn’t told him I was waiting? Just wish I’d cancelled the appointment and not wasted my money on a haircut I hate. Definitely do not recommend this hairdressers. I wouldn’t have left any stars but had to to leave the review

   I had my hair washed, reshaped and blow dried at Razor’s Edge yesterday after work. No need for appointments now. But l made one the day before, for Caron Lomax, my regular Senior Stylist. I have been going there for several years. I have had expensive disasters elsewhere, so now stick with Razor’s Edge. I have even recommended going there to a few friends, they have gone too and were very pleased with the results. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was offered a drink while l waited, which l declined and had one during my cut, downstairs. Caron as always was friendly and professional and is brilliant at cutting, styling and colouring hair. Though now l colour my own hair. Caron always listens to what l want and makes suggestions. She makes me look and feel amazing. As always, thank Caron and Razor’s Edge. Date of visit 15/03/23.

   They are generally very good. However, I don't think for people with curly hair they are the best. As a follow up to my last review, which wasn’t actually resolved because you didn’t bother contacting me, I would like to say the girl on the phone was racist and her behaviour was appalling. I apologise if my hair is too difficult for you to deal with because it’s too “thick” and “there is a lot of it” but I can’t change the fact that I am Pakistani. Don’t worry I will never set foot in your store again after the way I was treated.

   I've been coming to this salon for many years and never been disappointed. Ivana is my usual stylist but if she's not available James is also recommended. Many of the stylist have been there for years so you know its an excellant salon... Relaxed atmosphere. Highley recommended x

   I had my hair cut and coloured by Natalie at the end of February, I absolutely love it, the colour is perfect and the cut too! The staff are always so friendly, Natalie is amazing I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   I've been having my hair cut here for years and I love it. Ivana knows just how to cut and style my hair - she does a great lgraduated bob - and the salon is really well set up so staff and customers are safe in the current situation. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
