   I didn’t get the name of my hairstylist. But wow, she was absolutely lovely, so down to earth and easy to talk to! I went in for a walk in today and they had loads of customers so had a bit of a wait, but they put my down on a waitlist and called me when they were ready so I could go and do some shopping. Only wanted a fringe and she did it just how I liked. ✨Would ABSOLUTELY recommend! ✨ I’ve attached my before and after :)

   Did my friend’s kid first haircut here. The person who did her haircut was really friendly and explained everything to kid step by step. Very impressive work Finally that girl really liked her hairstyle and the curls. Must try salon in city centre. Thank you once again for the great output.

   Thank you for reminding me to leave a review! It wasn't possible to feedback in the salon as my hairdresser was so rude. Would give 0 stars if I could! I go to this salon every 4-weeks and usually have a great experience (especially with Ellie). I had a new person today as can be seen on my receipt and will never return. The tools she used were visibly filthy for a start. Her consultation was so poor that she cut my hair differently to what I came in with (only asking for a trim) and she rushed so much that I left the salon with uneven hair on both sides ive had to go to get fixed elsewhere. She didn't even check the hair was even during the cut!? I pointed this out to her in the chair and she just huffed and puffed and made it really uncomfortable. I was too embarrassed to say anything as she had an AWFUL attitude and no conversation at all - the only words she muttered were "sit down" and "lets wash your hair" - was late in the day so imagine she just wanted to go home. She clippered the back of my neck as requested as its a short bob style and I can only assume this girl is not or newly qualified with no supervision - my neck is red raw, covered in cuts - she even cut me with the hair scissors at one point on my neck as she was visibly rushing. The pictures show how she managed my cut. Not sure if this was her lack of skill, lack of care or dirty/blunt clippers but she didnt care and made that very clear. She finished and my hair looked a state - there is no WAY a decent hairdresser would let you leave a salon looking the way I did. I had to ask her to style it a bit or put some straighteners on it so I could get to another salon. She did. I then look at my recent when I leave and she over charged me for a mositure treatment i didnt ask for and she didnt as me if I wanted - i clearly didnt book it. My hair was left several inches uneven on one side, she didnt know how to thin hair when that was my ONE request and my neck is left damaged, cut and in pain (still unclippered which is laughable) AWFUL!

   Dan washed and cut my curly hair, he was fabulous. Having curly hair it's difficult to find someone who cuts it well and Dam really did. I would highly recommend.

   I got my hair cut by Carmen who was lovely and really professional. She was really friendly and told me what she was going to do beforehand. She did an excellent job at making my hair feel alive again and I will definitely be returning to get my hair cut by her again! Thank you so much Carmen! My hair feels great! :)

   I came to the Arndale branch after moving to Manchester. I have pink hair and requested a root touch up and colour refresh. My roots were still quite yellow after the appointment but the pink toner they used was really nice. I didn't think it was very affordable particularly for the bleaching services. The hairdresser was very friendly regardless

   Got my hair cut by Ellie who was so lovely! Haven’t had my hair cut in a while and was nervous to go so it was nice to have someone that is so welcoming. I was given tips on product to use for my hair and how to go about styling it. Overall was a great experience and I will be going here from now on. All staff seemed great too it was a nice environment :)
