   These hairdressers are liars and extremely condescending/arrogant for no reason. Will quote a price for a service and mid way through the service force you to pay more since they have no morals and because they're money hungry and have no shame. It is illegal in this country not to have a price list displayed and they refuse to have one since they think the law doesn't apply to them. Shame on them.

   These ladies saved my birthday. I had been let down at the 11th hour by another stylist and I rang up on the day and they gave me same day appointment. My hair is beautiful and it’s more than what I thought it would look like. Can’t wait to come back and so happy I found them.

   When I found this hairdresser, it was like winning the hair lottery. Finally, I could have sleek hair without it being over-processed. The atmosphere is friendly. It's very busy which means waiting however your hair will make you smile. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years on and off.

   I did not wish to write this review but I get upset every time I wash my hair. It's unfortunate that the pandemic has caused seismic shifts felt globally that has displaced many salon-goers (lock-down didn't help either). I've never had an issue with the relaxer I use. Unfortunately, my hair was under-processed in different parts of my head and as a result I'm having to completely transition (waist-length hair) back to natural. I don't think I'd ever feel comfortable going to a salon ever again. Nice/friendly staff though.
