   I came for a braiding appointment on the 3rd of February 2025 which I booked for a specific time and the lady was busy, I said I could not wait and asked for a refund as I paid in advance and you said it has been issued and I should wait for 1-5 business days. My bank has been harassing me since then saying no refund was issued. Please pay me back my money, this is so unprofessional. The invoice said I paid cash, I never use cash as I always pay by card. This is so fraudulent and unprofessional.

   I recently took my son to Decent Cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tomas was charming and took great care of my son's hair. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. The attention to detail and precision in the cut was impressive. Not only did my son leave looking sharp, but he also felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. Even though we're from Canada and can't easily come back, I wish we could! I would highly recommend Tomas to anyone in the area!

   My barber was Tomas - the experience from start to finish was exceptional I was made felt extremely welcomed and safe. The haircut on the other hand was brilliant the shape up to the fade was on point! I highly recommend this place and especially ask for Tomas. The barber shop environment was amazing also.

   Given my experience over the years in barbershops Decent Cut are the best I’ve been to date. Staff are friendly and there is a good vibe about the shop. Jose cut my hair and for me personally I would go to no other. It’s one thing to be able to cut as good as he can but what I value most is professionalism and attention to detail. He has now also cut my son who is 4. He was patient and made him feel at ease whilst cutting him which can not be said for all barbers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all. I’ve never looked back appointments have always been my method of booking which is assured with them.

   I have European hair and I’m very impressed how my hair come out having box braids I didn’t think they would look as good but they do and I’m amazed I want to say a big thank too Lely I will be using them as my barbers from now on even tho they are 40 minutes away totally worth it! Thanks so much Lely !

   I was in the chair for a minimum of 1.5hours and not only was I not happy with the service/cut I received it wasn’t much different to when I arrived! I had to point out it was uneven and not symmetrical, on more than one occasion. You need to make sure your staff are correctly trained. When you go for a haircut you put your trust in them and you trust they have the experience to cut your hair. I left unhappy with the service that was provided and I would not recommend anyone going here for a haircut.I can’t understand how you can get it so wrong

   I had been going to this place for almost a year, I was quite happy with the quality of the cut, but my barber never respected the time of my appointment. What is the point to offer appointments if they don’t respect it, an average of 50 minutes of waiting every time I was there, with an appointment.

   My fiance always goes here. Best barbers he's ever been too. Very friendly and can hold a good chat. Music is always playing and have seats for those who are waiting to be seen too or just waiting on a friend definitely recommended
