Had a wonderful experience here getting a full head of highlights and a haircut, the colour and cut turned out lovely so thanks to Georgia and Jacob for their excellent work! The entire staff were very friendly and I’m very happy with the result.
Today, I had a hair treatment and haircut with Emily, and I’m so happy with her service. She is an expert — knowledgeable, quick, kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend this salon! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Steve. He is kind, helpful, and truly humble — it’s rare to meet an owner as professional and genuine as him. I will definitely come back again!
Very disappointed. I came here because of the good reviews and thought it would be a high-end salon. The moment I walked in it smelled like a public bath and was full of elderly people getting perms—it already felt like the wrong place for someone younger, but I’d already paid so I stayed. I picked the more expensive stylist Jacob, because of the recommendations. I showed him the hairstyle photo several times. He snipped for maybe two minutes, then said he was done and started blow-drying. My hair looked exactly the same—wet or dry. When I asked why it didn’t look like the picture, he blamed me for “not explaining clearly.” I literally showed him the photo three or four times. Instead of fixing it, he got annoyed and walked away. Thankfully a female stylist with a better attitude stepped in and finished the cut. J’s attitude and skills were both awful. Definitely would not recommend this place.
I’m so happy I chose this salon! I usually dread going to the hairdresser, but the team here is absolutely lovely. They create such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making sure you feel at ease from start to finish. They truly listen to what you want and go the extra mile to ensure you leave feeling confident and looking your best. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers’ happiness. Jacob is also so lovely and funny, and great at achieving what you want. I’m not very good at talking to people but he made me so comfortable. overall 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
It's a classic place where you are attended to by good people. The owner is still there and his colleagues are very friendly . I recently went to get a haircut and the guy who took care of me was very nice. He's from Colombia. I don't remember his name, but I recommend him. Very good quality at a very good price. Also, my wife got a hair colour she is super in love with it. We'll come back without hesitation
This place has the best hairstylists in Manchester. My entire family goes there . Affordable prices and superb service.
I had a blow dry here whilst staying at the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and really took time to make sure I was happy with my hair. I really enjoyed the visit and would definitely recommend!
I’ve been to this hairdressers exclusively for my last few trips, and have been looked after by Emily. As someone who previously avoided going to get my hair done, I’ve grown comfortable enough with Emily to the point that I’ve found a new admiration for my hair. I’ve had the same hair cut for my entire teen and adult life, and I’ve finally found someone I can trust to work with me to find a style that suits me and makes me feel confident! All the staff I’ve encountered in this hairdressers are lovely, and extremely welcoming. My only regret is that I didn’t discover this place years ago!
I’ve had my hair done there a few time now and it’s always been amazing. I love and trust one of the stylists in particular named Teagan who has taken care of me and made my hair look absolutely beautiful and amazing!!! Definitely found my stylist for life and would highly recommend her to everyone
