    This was our second visit. The first time we came the shop assistant ignored us. We thought we would try another visit as we were in the area..what a mistake! it was a different assistant this time but unfortunately just as unpleasant. Never mind the rest of the shops in knowle are all a pleasure to visit. We won't be visiting the shop again.
