   I recently visited Pepita J for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and truly listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. The stylist (Pep) was incredibly skilled and gave thoughtful suggestions that worked perfectly with my style and face shape. The attention to detail and care she took with each step was impressive, and I left feeling refreshed and confident with my new look! The salon itself is beautifully designed and has a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. I’m thrilled to have found such a fantastic place and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great colour and haircut!

   I Sharon Buckwell had an appointment at 9.15am 26th September 2024. It's my Birthday so I wanted to look nice when out for the day. Pep and Jess were my stylists today. Everything seemed to go well. I was very happy with my highlights and lowlights. My husband Mike took me out for the day In the evening we met up with friends for Tenpin bowling. I was so enjoying myself until my friends noticed a stain on the back of my adidas top. I was so upset and embarrassed especially as it was my birthday. The following morning I was so angry with the hairdressers. I sent Mike in to complain, well to my horror, they denied it even happened at their salon, but Pep said even if it had they wouldn't give any compensation, or replace the top in question. So now I'm going elsewhere. It's disgusting the level of service you receive nowadays. All these businesses are interested in are how much money they can make. What ever happened to good old customer service. This is a warning to others, avoid Pep J Hair.

   I was very disappointed in my first visit here. Morgan admitted she was more used to thick hair rather than a short bob. Honestly I can blow it better myself. The cut was ok though.

   These guys are just the best, my wife and I have been going to them for over 15 years, professional, caring, friendly happy atmosphere whatever the weather. Its not just the hair but the whole experience. As always thanks to Pepi, Jason, Jess and all.

   I have been to this hairdressers since it opened which is probably 10 years ago. The service and stylists are first class. The ambience is lovely and you can always count on a wonderful welcome and a drink of something served with biscuits.
