   After using the easy booking process, I walk in, wait a couple of minutes, show Adam a terribly taken photo of an example, and he immediately knew exactly what I wanted. My biggest worry is I have trouble explaining things, or clearly communicating my thoughts sometimes. And this haircut was 6-8 years in the making, and I wanted a very different style. It was no fuss, no confusion, everything was explained, nothing was awkward (and I'm incredibly awkward) and Adam even gave me advice on how to maintain, improve and continue long term with my hairstyle (no sales pitches for anything) and even advised and neatened my beard, which I always have trouble keeping neat. At the end, Adam advised on what to ask for to maintain style, and I'm likely to return, as I feel a lot less anxious about hair appointments after this. Jamie was also there, and although we didn't interact much he was equally as friendly and professional. The place is really nicely decorated (partially what caught my eye to the place) but not over the top, like a lot of places seem to be these days... no flashy bike outside, no nonsense posters, just a nice atmosphere, football quietly playing on the TVs, plenty of seating, spacious, and even some small scooters on hand for any impatient children. Tldr: good stuff, going again

   Didn't know you had to have an appointment for a hair cut but they managed to fit me in at short notice. Great hair cut. Probably the best I've had in a while. Really friendly barber and the shop looks amazing since I last went in with different owners. The booking app they use is a pain though, having to choose lots of different options just to make an appointment. Unfortunately because of this I won't be returning.
