I will never support this shop again. The biggest issue isn’t even the clothes – it’s the boss. He comes across as fake and performative, but the way he treats his staff tells a very different story. Staff are clearly overworked and underappreciated, yet expected to perform like they’re in a high-end high street store. The problem is, they’re not paid anywhere near that level. Prices have gone up with “inflation” like everywhere else, but staff wages seem stuck in the past. It’s embarrassing to see a business proudly charging more while openly underpaying staff. You can feel the uncomfortable atmosphere in the shop, and it makes the whole experience unpleasant. No one should be expected to give premium service on outdated pay.
