   As a loyal customer of 2 years avoid this place at all costs. I have consistently been pushed behind in the queue as there is no booking system. The shop was busy and I sat at the back to then be told that I had been waiting for 4 hours because I hadn’t made myself ‘visible’ even though when I walked in I walked past the same barber who has been cutting me for 2 years… for £30 you can get a better cut elsewhere where the staff actually care about there customers. AVOID

   Was a retuning customer but not anymore. I turned up for my appointment to get my hair done and explained that to the lady. She said to me come back in an hour because she was doing another ladies hair at which point she was just eating her nandos. So she hadn't even started her hair. She wasn't even apologetic and didn't care that I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. I think thats very unprofessional and won't be coming back again. PS got my hair done on Oldham Rd at guru master not too far for there.

   Long waits (the last time I was there, I waited for 2 hours), really loud music, an almost non-existent system of whom is next in the queue, but the haircuts are splendid, and the barbers are friendly and attentive when cutting your hair.
