I went to John Yates twice now. There is a nice atmosphere at John Yates. Leanne who works for John has a wonderful customer manner and you are made to feel welcome. Leanne did a very good job. She put highlights and I had layers and a cut and blow the first time to restyle. Today I had my routes and a tidy up. .I am very pleased with the colour and cut. I highly recommend her.

Loved the whole experience. Staff were very attentive without being over powering. My hair turned out exactly the colour I wanted. No cutting took place. Again what I wanted. All in all Ryan did exactly as it said on use tin. Perfect. Lots of compliments too from friends.
