   ⭐ One-Star Review I waited patiently for around 40 minutes in what I believed was a fair queue for a haircut. Despite arriving earlier, I was skipped, and a customer who came after me was given priority before I even started. At no point was I informed about any appointments, bookings, or potential delays, nor was I given an estimated waiting time. When I raised this with the barber—who appeared to be the owner—he smiled and said the other customer had an appointment made the previous night. I asked why this was not communicated to me, especially as my time is limited too. His response was that it was my responsibility to ask. This is not acceptable customer service. The situation felt discriminatory, with clear preference given to returning or friend-customers over new customers. While he remained outwardly polite and seemed very experienced at handling such confrontations, that only made the situation more disappointing. I thanked him for wasting my time, we exchanged polite words, and I left. As I was leaving, I informed him that I would share my experience in a review so others could make an informed decision. His response was sarcastic: “VERY BAD REVIEW PLEASE.” Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to new customers. Make your own judgment.

   I don’t know where to even began with , my son has been going to joan for long time , and he is good but not good at fading ! but his other assistant barbers definitely need a professional training in order to cut peoples hair, their unbalanced hair cut was horrible ! When he came back his all hair was like chopped off by an unprofessional, Please don’t book any appointment with his other assistant or other so call barbers , ask them if they had been to any college or had any training to even chop hairs ! apart from Joan, don’t book with any one , waste of money ! It’s seems like he chopped it where he felt like it , I should’ve leave a feedback last week asap he came home !

   I had a haircut did a decent job sides and back, need more practice on front & top. Friday being a holy day for Muslims and them being Arab they started playing haram music. Young lads but they should know on Fridays they get 70x rewards for good actions but 70x penalties for bad actions, they should respect the one who sends business to them & be grateful. They want to remember the early long lockdowns when businesses were closed. Hope they wise up to future Fridays ( Jumah Mubarak lads)
