   This website is a scam. Just like the other reviews. An email confirmation, an email two days later to say ‘processing’ then absolutely nothing. No sign of item 3 weeks later. No reply to emails. No phone number. Wish I’d read the other reviews first!

   I purchased a Roch Valley ballet vanity case, which was priced lower than any other retailer, for my 3 year old granddaughter. It arrived today and she is absolutely delighted with her present. I can’t understand why anyone would post negative reviews as I received a first class service from Everything Dance.

   Order no: 1613/240124/72 Received message saying Order Failed, no explanation, no reason given, phoned get recorded message, doesn't even give the name of the company, says the "person you called", no name of company, What's going on?

   Do not order from this website. no response to emails and phone lines redundant. I happened to be in the local area of the registered address after waiting for 2 weeks and the store does not exist! It’s a scam and using an industrial estate as cover. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so was able to get a refund through their disputes process. Avoid!!

   Do not order online. They take your money but never post it to you. There is no way of contacting them to get a refund. Emails ignored and phone never answered.

   Scam scam scam Takes order, sends an acknowledgment and then a follow up email next day to confirm processing, then it is nada. Phone goes straight to voicemail and emails are not answered. Avoid!
