I have been going to Burton West Barbers for years and have never had a bad experience. Tom and the team are super friendly and are great at what they do. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair cut!
This was my first time visiting the barbers and I booked in with Hannah! I could not be happier. From the minute I walked in I felt calm, I explained I had previously had some HORROR hair cuts in the past. Hannah listened to everything I said, advised on how to tackle the cow lick in my hair and just did an all round amazing job! She was patient, chatty and most of all the haircut was 10/10. I’ll definitely be back and I have the confidence I’ve found a very good barber!
I visited West Burton Barbers for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut by Tom. Tom was polite, made a great coffee, and took a lot of care in his work. I left very impressed with the service and will be returning again. Great cut!
Been getting my hair cut by Hannah for a while now. She’s great, very good scissor cut every time, and great chat and friendly as always! Couldn’t reccomend Burton West more. No idea what the bad reviews are about, I would totally ignore them.
I've been 3 years a client because of the convenient location and having a low difficulty haircut, I'd say I am the dream of every barber to pay them £28 for what I want. Tom is by far the most disappointing barber I ever been to, mediocre in skill, incapable of reproducing the same haircut, who thinks arguing with you and what he wants is more important than what you want and to leave happy and confident from the shop. The kind that if you are trying to give him feedback he gets into defensive mode instantly. I am an engineer and a foreigner but I never had any difficulties conveying messages in my line of work or in general in the UK, except to Tom, who either likes pretending he doesn't understand because he is a lazy, mechanical and non-creative barber who wants to do the same thing over and over, or his comprehension level is very poor. I promise you dear reader, sincerely, your £28 are better spent elsewhere, and there are plenty of options there.

The staff are nice and the place looks cool, conveniently located next to the tram on Burton road Haircut was absolutely horrendous tbh, nice chap but he completely messed up my head Not recommended.
Place looks hip and they offer you a drink Probably to get you drunk and not notice what they’re doing to your head Worst haircut I’ve had in years, came in just fine and got out with most of my head shaved to 2mm Absolutely advise to avoid the place Better be busy getting proper barbers instead of commenting to your poor customers around here Absolute joke.
Worst haircut I’ve had in years. Barber seemed inexperienced and inattentive. Extremely frustrating considering I paid 28£ to have my head absolutely messed up.
Hannah has cut my hair twice now and is very talented, she does an excellent cut and is very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and you get offered a tea or coffee as soon as you sit down. 10/10
