What a masterpiece!!! My hair was originally down to my waist and I needed a change. My stylist Roberta was amazing! She knew what hairstyle/haircut would suit me and even asked what products I use. Everything was done to perfection. Thanks Roberta for your amazing work

Highlights gone wrong!!! (If I could leave no stars I would) I came to the salon to have my full head of highlights done with Lauren as my roots had come through about 1 inch. As Lauren was washing off the bleach she sounded concerned and called another hair dresser over. Lauren then proceeded to have her junior wash my hair. She only let him use a purple shampoo (never used a toner, colour or olaplex to save my hair) when they started to dry my hair I realised my roots were in fact ginger. I mentioned this too her. Lauren said this was because my hair came to her in a state! And that it would need to be done again. Because of the damage she had done. I had to re book with a different hairdresser 2 weeks later to give my hair a break and she couldn’t believe the state Lauren had left my hair in.
