Clean and well organized location with friendly staff. Sometimes petty busy. Interesting concept with some good options for introducing people to Asian food that's ready to go out ready quickly. The name means "when" in Japanese, so kind of appropriate. The made to order food was ready very quickly and was petty good. Definitely a little different than the traditional flavors and textures, but I don't think authenticity is what they're after and it's more about fusion. It was good but not really my thing. Maybe it will grow on me. Also sad they didn't have any forever spoons available. 5's for the staff and location though.

Came to the Brunswick store again today for some yummmy dumplings and once again delish. Wojciech was amazing. He is friendly helpful and service with a great smile. Makes coming to the store a great experience

This morning I experienced yet another visit to a Itsu over many years, that had something of an amazing experience - making it so special that I felt right to write this review! The meeting I had ended much quicker than I had planned and as close to lunch time I wandered into your branch in Russell Square, and whilst the options in the refrigerated counters were brimming with some of my regulars/favourite, I lingered a little longer and the floor manager welcomed me and suggested he could possibly guide me to choose from the made to order specialities. As never tried before, he was most prompt in guiding me towards a double chicken teriyaki, that he arranged to be ready promptly and must say soooo delicious. Woytek (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) elevated my visit to new heights, brought my attention to a much wider range of choices that till now I never considered; and to crown my visit to full colours, even the toilet was in peak conditions. Thank you Itsu!

What a fantastic spot! I am vegetarian and had a lot of options to choose, but meat eater won’t be disappointed either. It’s self service but staff around are nicer than some waiters in the restaurants. Food is super fresh, healthy & filling- great price as well!

What a great little place! There are tons of hot and cold options. Easy to take out or dine-in...just scan your items at the kiosk and pay by card. A quick in and out. And it was yummy! I enjoyed their cucumber and mint still water and the avocado rolls.

I used to really like itsu. After not going for a while I found myself near one and wanted to try for old times sake. But they've gotten rid of the face to face interaction. They've installed screens to pay and order. Not a fan of this. Also the food flavour has slightly changed. I normally order one of the sushi veggie options but the taste has changed and not for the better. The only thing that hasn't changed is the avocado rolls. Always very nice.

Double chicken teriyaki rice bowl blew my sensory away. About the within 30 minutes before the closing time for 50% thing, never see it happen on my watch for the last 2 months. No stickers. I'll be checking tomorrow.

Best value sushi! The food is on 50% sale 30mins before closing time so to get it during that time is definitely a smart move. I like the salmon sashimi, salmon maki, and gyoza. Other than that tastes OK, but for 50% it definitely worth the value :)

The most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth. I wasted £7,40. I bought peach & lychee water & chicken udon and it has literally no taste. The chicken has no flavor at all it's like chewing plastic. Even my dog would throw that away. Thank you for that amazing experience. I will never come back.
