   Waited 2.5 hours in a queue as they don't do appointments. My son's turn comes up and the barber skips him telling him he has to wait for the other barber. Apparently because "he is my sons barber" I'VE NEVER BEEN BEFORE so how is the other one my sons barber. He is also extremely rude. This is Jermaine. When i tried to explain its unfair he wouldn't even look at me the SHOUTED at me like im a child telling me i will wait for the other barber. He probably just can't do mixed hair but embarrassed. He is an embarrassment and a let down to the establishment. Very unprofessional. Misogynistic and just a complete little boy in a grown mans body. Stay away!!! Vile man how dare me make someone feel so small like that

   Poor haircut and barber extremely hostile. Very surprised by the good reviews on this page. I got my hair cut here a few times, and mostly it was by the same person whom I believe to be the owner. The quality of the haircut was very inconsistent. Sometimes the barber would do a decent job, other times he wouldn’t and would completely mess up my hair. Unfortunately, I would only realise days later when I would feel unevenness from the trim they gave me. The hair style I would ask for is a basic trim. Nothing complicated so I don’t understand why he was so inconsistent. It just shows an extremely poor attention to detail and lack of care in doing your job. To make matters worse, the barber treated me poorly, was very rude to me and extremely hostile with how he spoke and interacted with me. I’ve literally had better customer service from a McDonald’s drive thru. There are literally lots of other barbers in the local area, so I would advise anyone reading this review to look elsewhere and avoid this place unless you enjoy being patronised and spoken to like you’re an invalid.

   The barber did a really good job as I was an new customer but the price didn't satisfy me because he charged £10 which was reasonable because I thourght he was going to do the trimming as well because it was a part of the haircut. He told me that it would be an extra £2 for the trimming which did confuse me a little because as I typed before that the trimming should actually be apart of the haircut that was the only downside to it. I found it a little bit silly that they charge for the trimming.
