   Sadly our experience was marred by the fleecing we experienced on payment. I attended with my two children, and upon checkout was charged for a “restyle” for the two children rather than a dry cut - despite my son having the exact same haircut he always has and my daughter just having her ends trimmed. Very disappointing and non-transparent. Will not visit again.

   I will not go there again as he charged my two kids £20 pounds each. One for hair cut and the other to cut of the deadends off. What should be alot less in price. Beware it is £20 per hair cut. I can get my kids hair cut cheaper then that.

   Master Barbers is an excellent barber shop, Carlo was very professional and experienced - he did a great job dealing with my curly hair. The atmosphere was great, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling far more confident with my hair. I also recieved good advice for managing my hair in the future. Highly recommend this place.

   Didn't really listen to what I asked for when cutting my hair, and cut a lot more off of my hair than I wished without clear explanation. Went back to complain, and merely got argumentation and a smarmy response from Chief of the Chappies, Carlo. No mention of sorry and no professionalism. Seemingly limited knowledge on longer hair styles and generally a poor attitude. I'd avoid the sign in the window asking for long haired models - seemingly Carlo wants the length to trim it to whatever he wants.
