   I actually like this store but it’s just a shame they false advertise opening hours. I’ve just drove 40mins out the way to return a jacket for them to be clocked at 5:55pm when the store states it’s open until 8pm.

   Brilliant customer service, great staff, easy to find items they don’t do food but they do it online(some) and overall I found everything I wanted within the store… Some staff were not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped for but they were keen to help.

   i recently visited the store to look for essentials for an upcoming international trip. the person who helped me was holly; she is extremely attentive and provided valuable information regarding certain products i definitely need like insect repellent, base layers and specific socks. she is also very friendly and really made the experience fun.

   Have had a pair of their voyage men’s walking shoe for 10 months Used everyday for dog walking they are really comfortable and been completely waterproof throughout They did however develop a small split where the toe bends Like I said these shoes have taken a beating! I actually went down to purchase another pair but asked how good there 12 month guarantee was, The manger said no problem swap them! So friendly and I thought they wouldn’t swap them because they had had so much use but great! Top marks mountain warehouse.

   Went in late one evening to buy a waterproof coat/jacket and trousers (tired of getting soaked when I walk the dog). Wasn't really sure what I really wanted or needed,was approached by member of staff who went above and beyond explaining the difference between how waterproof the items actually were. I explained I had an idea of budget but did not want to compromise quality, female member of staff was extremely helpful and recommended a slightly higher spend but this would double the effectiveness of the garments. When I got home I noticed there was a tiny little pin hole in the material and was concerned this would let water in to a degree, quick telephone call to the store and was told a replacement would be held for me to collect the following day. Was extremely pleased with the level of attention and the information that was passed on. Have used Mountain Warehouse Kidderminster in the past and never had cause for complaint but can honestly say this is probably one of the best shopping experiences I have had . Fantastic attitude from the staff,will be spending again before long.

   My partner and I visited this branch on Friday the 7th of Oct 2022 it was a weekend sale event and for a change with sales the prices were genuinely down on normal. I know that because I was in the same store a week earlier. We bought several items due to the good prices but also the help and advice from Jade the sales person who helped us. No hard sell just good honest advice which we appreciated one of the most helpful people we have found in any store. The end result being we bought 3 pairs of walking shoes 1 rucksack 2 hoodies 1 pair of trousers 1 phone charger cable
