   First time at RPB as Rio’s model,I come across Rio’s instagram page and seen he needed models to practice on for a free haircut to lead up to getting his barbering qualification.    I've been coming to this barbershop for a while now, and I've always had a great experience. Recently, I've noticed Rio, who is an apprentice, and I must say, Rio is a fantastic addition to the team. Rio always greets customers with a warm and friendly smile, making everyone feel welcome. What stands out is Rio's attentiveness always making sure the waiting area is tidy and offering refreshments. Rio's positive attitude is infectious, and it really enhances the overall atmosphere of the shop. It's clear Rio is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and I always leave feeling valued and appreciated.

   Have had my hair cut a couple of times now and I can't talk highly enough of Megan; attention to detail and the cut itself are second to none and I absolutely won't allow anyone else to touch my hair again. I'm usually pretty fussy with how my hair looks but with the amount of compliments I've had, even weeks after my last cut, she's instilled a new confidence in me and I'm super appreciative! Great shop, friendly staff, all-round 10/10.

   Top service once again from Ross on what was our first couple's cut. My partner has even asked if I can treat her to another visit. (Definitely if it's £36 compared to the usual £70-80 a hairdressers would charge!) You're always greeted like an old friend despite how long it's been since your last visit or how long you've been a client for. If you're looking for somewhere that finds thick hair amazing rather than a challenge, there's nowhere better than RPB. If you're looking for somewhere who doesn't really care who you are but will welcome you with a drink, quality service and exactly the trim you're looking for, it's RPB every time.

   Had haircut and overall haircut is Ok - owner did not pay attention Lovley shop and decor. And after reading quite a few good reviews on social media. With myself currently over in Manchester for 3 months I decided to get a haircut with the owner Ross. Overall haircut was OK, expensive. I feel i did not get great treatment as he kept walking away and doing other things whilst cutting my hair even went outside to have a chat with someone for 10 mins - I probably would not go back. To expensive and not enough personal appreciation. Much better shops around.
