   Been going to this barbers for years. However this is the second occasion where i have had to use the guy in the 3rd chair along front door. He is useless. For the second occasion he ruined my beard by not listening to mt requirements. The service is shocking they took my money despite asking him to stop what he was doing and expressing that he had done it too short.Despite being a regular customer for around 9 years they didn’t do anything to offer any kind of customer service and that’s why inwill never return to the shop or recommend them again. You will notice they somt care because they don’t respond to reviews.

   A great service. Always super polite. Sometimes there is a queue but they're pretty efficient. I've had my hair cut by most of the guys here and they're all excellent - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks.

   Website and Google says 8pm! Turned up at 7.30pm. NO ONE sat in the seats getting a haircut and got told they closed. Shocking! Thought I'd give these guys another go! (God knows why. Maybe because others around were super busy) How wrong was I. Guy was so rude. Didn't even bother getting my haircut. It looks like they want to retain any business. Absolutely shocking.

   Rude horrible staff! Went in at 18:05 to be told they were closed although states they don’t close till 7pm! Staff were rude, wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! Will never use again! Much rather use the nicer more professional barbers across the road!!

   Went at rush hour. Guy didn’t ask anything. Started cutting without checking. Made him redo it. First pass was messed up and too short. Asked for long on top. Seemed inexperienced and was rushing. Went before had another barber and was decent. But one bad experience is enough for me to leave a bad review. Which I never do.
