   After only being in Manchester for just over 6 months I’ve been in the hunt for a got barbers. During that time I’ve had some pretty questionable cuts with eye watering prices. But after finding these guys the search is over! Great quality service and real talent all within an affordable price range. It’s the best haircut I’ve had in Manchester! And won’t be going anywhere else!!

   I went to Manchester Barber for the first time and had a great experience ! The barber was very kind and genuinely focused on delivering the best hairstyle for me. I only had a normal haircut, but he was very careful, thoughtful, and paid great attention to detail. I really appreciated the care and effort — I’ll definitely come back again !

   Previously had good experiences with this barbers, however, will not be coming back after my extremely rude and insulting treatment on the 28th August. The barber, who took 1 hour to do a basic haircut, refused to shake my hand and calked me quote on quote "dirty". Really disappointed

   EDIT: shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the owner who offered to give me a free haircut and was very kind and apologetic, which I think is a great gesture of goodwill, but I will not be taking taking him up on the offer I'm afraid. I was also asked which member of staff it was who cut my hair, I think it's important that we maintain standards across our teams regardless of industry and have internal processes in place to ensure that we are consistent. I don't however agree with singling out people, in my opinion if you have a dissatisfied customer that is the teams issue, not the individuals. I'm sure I'm one of a minority this place has great reviews but I think it was important to share my experience none the less. Was severely disappointed in the cut I was given, genuinely thought he was joking when he held up the mirror and reminded him what I wanted, proceeded to make it worse. Even when I had photos of the style I wanted so the clear language barrier became a negligible issue. Owner seemed nice and apologised for my issues the day before when I came for my appointment but they just ignored the bookings and let walk ins go Infront, which is fine, don't have a booking system then. Not gonna go near this place again and will be warning my colleagues to stay away as the convenience of the location is not worth it at all. Guess I'll be wearing my cap alot more until my hair grows and I can roll the dice again with a different barber.

   I've been coming regularly for nearly two years and have always had a decent cut. I normally book in advance because it can get busy. Barbers are friendly and will talk if you want to talk, or just get on with it in silence if that's your thing. They take their time to give a good cut. Clean interior, and a decent price for a city centre barber.

   A centrally located Barbour. Originally made an appointment for 2pm and paid in advance. Arrived and only one person serving. Queue of five so advised me to return later. Turned up at 3:30 and got served 20 minutes later. These guys take their time but their work is great! If you’re prepared to wait and have great treatment this place is for you. If you want a quick cut on your lunch break then I wouldn’t recommend.

   Booked appointment online. Arrived slightly before and got straight in the chair. Cut was good and just how I wanted it. Reasonable price considering location. I had a break from here due to COVID, although I will probably restart visiting.
