   I’ve never left a bad review before, but my experience here was truly awful. I was shouted at in front of several customers, which left me feeling completely humiliated and disrespected. I had already paid £55 for my original nails and I wasn’t happy with them as they were too bulky and looked nothing like the reference given… so I went back to get them re done and then they suddenly wanted to charge me an extra £35 without properly explaining why. After some back and forth we agreed on £20.00 for a new set of nails. Meaning a total of £75.00 for a set of nails I was happy with. I completely broke down in the salon and was in tears and the other staff members just allowed it to happen… the customers around me were shocked at the way I was spoken to and one lady comforted me and told me it was going to be okay. After leaving really upset, I decided to call the salon to discuss the situation, hoping to clear things up — but instead I was met with denial. The only thing they said was that my payment hadn’t gone through for the new nails, which simply isn’t true. Rather than listening or trying to resolve things, they dismissed me completely. This whole experience was stressful and embarrassing, and no customer deserves to be treated this way. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to go somewhere that treats people with respect and honesty.

   Sandy is so lovely. This company are the best in the business for nails. They are always really welcoming and genuinely kind hearted people who work here. I have been coming here for years and the quality of their nails is just amazing. Also if there are ever any problems (hardly ever) they will sort it out straight away with no issues. They have a range of designs and I have seen every time someone has gone in with a photograph of a design (including me) they will do it exactly as the photo! Amazing! Thank you Sandy :) x
