   What a fabulous experience! I booked myself and my Daughter in with Kirsten. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, was really pleased with the results. Always made to feel really welcome and relaxed. My Daughter (15) was booked in for a steam facial to try to help with teenage acne. What can I say, Kirsten was amazing she made sure throughout that my Daughter was comfortable with the treatment received and kept checking that her skin was not reacting to the products used. A really lovely introduction for my Daughter into beauty treatments. It is definitely an experience to be repeated! Thank you to Kirsten.

   Had electrolysis with Anne - have had a few treatments to clear my milia, the results are fabulous. I also go to this salon on a monthly basis for eyelash / eyebrow tint, always a great result. Lovely staff who are all professional.

   Very disappointing. Booked gel toes and fingers for my holidays and when I got there I was only booked in for nails. Hardly ever have my nails done because I can't wear them for work so it's a real treat. The lovely girl who did them fitted me in for normal nail varnish on my toes cos she could see how disappointed I was ( it wasn't her who took the booking) but as a consequence I had to have both done in half the time and there wasn't a varnish for my toes to match. Also I felt pressured into deciding the colour quickly which is really dark and in no way matches. Now I'm home I have sharp bits on my fingers and the colour is really uneven with a lump of colour on my little finger nail. Although I'm trying not to be glum about it I'm really disappointed. They look rushed and tatty and I paid full price. Also I tipped her for fitting me in but I wish I'd just cancelled and got a proper job done somewhere else. Also the machine that dries them didn't appear to be working properly and they eventually swapped it for another. Will not be booking again.

   Lovely Ladies that work here, very down to earth. Facials are amazing and at a great price. It is the place for every woman who wants to be pampered to go. I would highly recommend....5 stars for me.
