   Very horrible service from the staff. They are all very rude especially the female workers. They also like to close an hour early whenever they feel and be rude when someone shows up an hour before closing time which is normal. They should change their opening and closing times if they're lazy about their business instead of being rude to customers, giving dirts, rolling eyes and being disrespectful. They also talk rubbish in their own language to each other which is disgusting and uncomfortable to be around. do not recommend at all

   Rude members of staff. I came to this nail shop straight after work (it was a last minute plan) I explained to the members of staff what I wanted, which wasn’t an issue. As one of the female staff members was putting the false nail ontop of my own nails, she misplaced one of them and it was completely out of position - it was BENT. I asked her politely if she could remove it and do it again, she told me it would straighten out once she’s filed it. I have knowledge on acrylic nails and believe me, this wasn’t something you could rectify by just “filing” it. The nail itself was going diagonal. The female member of staff then turned to the other team members and was communicating in her own language. I wasn’t settling down for just a file, so I kept requesting for her to remove it and place it ontop of my nail again. Other members of staff had then intervened and said it’ll be fine, which then turned into a little bit of a debate. I don’t understand why, when the customer has requested so many times of what she wants. JENNY (this specific team member had put me off!!) She rolled her eyes at me. YES, rolled her eyes, huffed & puffed and told the staff that was doing my nails to remove it. I then said to Jenny, “I’m paying for your service at the end of the day”, after that, my experience was just so awkward and silent. Staff decided to have conversations in their own language the entire time. Apart from that, I must admit they do acrylic nails nice, but their attitude in work just really put me off and put the whole experience in the bin. Oh and not to mention aswell, the woman doing my nails decided to facetime somebody and was on call to him till the end of my experience. Didn’t even ask permission if it’s okay to take the call out of courtesy and decency.

   First time having my nails done in a while came here specially because i wanted something special for my baby girls arrival in a few weeks, Julie was amazing did my nails perfectly made sure i liked them and the shape of them i had shown a photo of what i wanted and she did them exact, very lovely and kind great service will be my nail tech permanently for all my acrylics :).

   Pretty disappointed ☹️ £30 it took her 20/30 mins and they aren’t the same shape on each finger/hand. Seemed like she rushed me. Wouldn’t go again

   Not happy one bit. Nails where not the same as the picture I shown, place was dirty and unhygienic, cut my skin multiple times and charged me £10 extra then it said on the sign

   I mean my nails cool and all but yk it was kinda rushed and stuff taking sweet time would be nice so you get a better and yet professional looking nails.

   Big picture on the wall saying false nails do not ruin your natural nails taking them off yourself does .As a chef not allowed to wear them all the time I treated myself for a special occasion. Two weeks later I paid this establishment to remove them .O my goodness what a mess my real nails split peeled and were really sore don't know if it was bad practice or the norm but beware

   Very unhygienic with orange peels on the floor, empty drink bottles, cans and takeout wrappers left randomly and flip flops scattered all over the place. One of the lady’s working there was very rude when she refused to move from her ‘regular’ work station in order for a mother and daughter to get there nails done together and in the end the mother didn’t get her nails done (very poor customer assistance), she also shouted at me to make a unnecessary move from one chair to another I was very appalled at her capability to perform basic manners. When I first went into the nail place, they were playing cards and once my friend started to get her nails they continued to play screaming and shouting when they won, making it very unprofessional and a far stretch from a relaxed environment. The only reason this was given 1 star was due to the man working the day I went who was very lovely although his skill at applying acrylics wasn’t great as he proceeded to cut my friend twice with the drill. Nice nails but not worth the price and experience provided.
