   I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now but just wanted to say a special thank you to Lily. A couple of my nails had broken very short since my last set was done (which never happens!) and she very kindly fixed them free of charge. At my appointment I asked if she could change the design I had pre booked (I was expecting to have to have my nails all cut short so booked an alternative design to what I’d originally wanted) and she was so accommodating and stayed nearly half an hour beyond closing to finish them off. Whenever I have an issue they are always so quick to resolve things. So pleased with my nails, thank you Lily!!

   Been going here for months but no more The design I get is very basic (plain nude nails and just some little flowers when I go on holiday) nothing special, the biab lasts through my next appointment so nothing to complain there. However, the attitude and customer service is just not up there. I have multiple times been hurt or burnt while filing etc and not once got an apology but instead been told “oh it’s because you want them thin” or “you asked for nails to be thin”. Once booked for a full removal and french. Waited 20 mins because they were behind and was told I either get the French or the new set as I wouldn’t be able get both, even though I had booked for the full service. Again, no apology. I once booked for a simple nail and asked if we could add flowers to two fingers and got told no as I didn’t book it.. I’ve decided to switch nail techs, not worth it for me.

   First time customer and will definitely be returning! Booked the same day and was really pleased with the service and with my nails. My partner looked at my nails and told me those are the best I’ve had yet, just with how tiny and well done they looked. Didn’t even get anything fancy so you know it’s good when a neutral gel manicure can illicit that reaction. Highly recommend!

   Amazing nail salon! BIAB is always done to the highest standard. Lily, Jess and the girls are great and have created something really special. A place people can go and relax and have a good chat with others! No other place in Manchester I’d go to get my nails done!

   Hello, I have visited this salon around 10–12 times and have always recommended it to others because of the fantastic work they do. However, I am deeply concerned about the attitude of one of the nail technicians, whose name I will withhold. She has done my nails several times, and while I have always liked the results and recommended her work, her attitude often makes me uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I again felt uneasy with her behavior. She began the service nicely, but once again, she was not polite. I requested a regular polish manicure, which naturally takes time to dry. However, she kept me waiting far longer than necessary, and her manner while checking my nails was unnecessarily hostile. She then moved on to attend another customer, showing no respect for my time or the progress of my manicure. In the end, my nails had visible particles on them—likely dust from the fan being used—which you can see in the pictures. I left feeling very frustrated, not only because of the result but also because of her repeated unfriendly attitude. It is with great regret that I write this review, as the other nail technicians at this salon have always been professional, pleasant, and delivered excellent work. Unfortunately, the disrespect I experienced on this occasion was far below the standard I know this salon stands for, and I don’t think I will be returning.

   The store is really tidy and clean. Warm and welcome staff. Lovely atmosphere. Always clean the tools after every use. I was served by Lily, she was really friendly and helpful. She done such a great job of my nails, great nail art technique❤️ Really recommend to everyone!

   I had a manicure and gel pedicure done. Polish on my hands has started chipping next day and having pain around one toe, not ideal before going on holidays. Waste of time and money. The place didn’t look particularly cleaned. The girl who was doing my nails was putting tools in a sanitizer, which was unplugged.
