   I would give this nail salon a 0 if I could -- please do NOT waste your time nor your money coming here. I left with broken nails cut in half, cut much shorter than what I asked for, £35 lighter, and in complete tears. This was anything but a fantastic experience. I saw the decent reviews and decided to give them a shot; I went in for an acrylic soak off and gel on what was my then grown-out nails. They were very kind and I was seen within a few minutes. However, off the bat I saw red flags as the nail tech grabbed a cotton ball with acetone and began RUBBING my fake nails off. You know if you've had acrylic nails for some time that as a result your natural nails tend to become more soft. I said this to the man doing my nails TWICE so that the proper precautions were taken. Two of my long nails were ripped from the side -- one began bleeding while the nail tech used nail glue (yes, nail GLUE) to try and get my other natural nail together. I said, "umm you cut my nail?" which was responded by telling me my nail was already like that?! At this point, I was in tears as having a nail cut short is painful enough but I immediately knew I would leave with nails I didn't want. Another nail lady came over once I was in tears and seemed a bit brass with me. She began rushing the work (please see attached pictures) to the point where I left with polish/glitter all over my hands. She almost seemed annoyed at ME for being upset and telling them this wasn't what I wanted. As she finished, she asked if I was happy with my nails. By this point I was just ready to get out of the salon and have my nails fixed elsewhere. The price was quite fair, but not for the quality of work. I'm really disappointed with the service and general lack of care for me leaving unhappy. The color that was done to my nails was very pretty, but this was only a curtain to a terrible nail job. All pictures were taken immediately after having my nails done.
