Super speedy, ran to appointment time, exactly like the picture I showed. Nadia was amazing thank you ☺️

Technician Anna was lovely. Not had BIAB done before and she took me through the process. The stars and snowflakes ❄️ that she painted on are lovely, she's very talented. I can see the staff work hard in the salon.

I really tried to give this place another chance, but it actually got worse. First, I was quoted a price higher than what was listed. I asked for a pedicure with normal polish and BIAB with tips and made it clear I was flying out the next day. They assigned me to a very inexperienced technician. After painting my left foot, he put it under a UV lamp. I asked, “Is this gel? I didn’t want gel on my feet.” He insisted it was normal polish—which made no sense. Why would you cure regular polish under a UV light? Rather than apologising, he gave me an absurd explanation. He must have realised his mistake, because he didn’t use the lamp on my right foot. The nails were a disaster from start to finish. I’ve taken nail courses, so I know when prep isn’t done properly. He seemed annoyed the whole time, so I just let him carry on. He applied the tips without even asking what length I wanted and cut them down without any consultation. I asked for an almond shape, and when I pointed out that they weren’t, he snapped back saying they were! Eventually, the manager stepped in to reshape them—but she ended up filing off so much that they looked short and clunky. As a "gesture of goodwill," she knocked £10 off the chrome finish, but honestly, that’s overpriced anyway for a bit of powder that takes two minutes to apply. To top it all off, three of my nails lifted after just three days—on a two-week holiday! I couldn't find nail glue anywhere in the resort and was told I'd have to travel 40 minutes into the main town to try and find some. Oh, and the manager cut my skin with the nail file because she was rushing to deal with other unhappy clients. I genuinely tried to give this place another shot—but after this experience, never again.

This place is ridiculous! The staff don’t know what they are doing. Inept attempt at full set of acrylic nails. Asked twice for the woman to sort out the fact that the tips were not big enough for my nails. She couldn’t comprehend my issue, so her colleague tried to rectify it and did rubbish job of that. I’m left with some nails which have a gap showing my original nail. I’m absolutely fuming and now I’m going to have to get another place to sort out the bad job that Bramhall Nails did. Avoid this place if you want a high class job done. Totally unprofessional and dirty tables. I can’t give this place any stars at all - had to put one otherwise it won’t post. Shame on you Bramhall Nails, worse ‘ever’ service. I had the nails done today and my Christmas nails are terrible. £38 down the drain. I’d actually like a full refund, but better chance of seeing a flying pig.

Avoid this horrendous place like the plague! Disrespectful and unconfident staff who were very rude and made me feel incredibly embarrassed. I was told that the nail design I wanted was old fashioned and that no one does it this way anymore - the cheek of it! This was suppose to be my relaxing and pamper time before my wedding day and it was just awful! I wish I’d have walked out - I should have done instead of paying £100 for my nails and toe nails. My mum came with me and her nails were nice and completed in 45 minutes. The guy that I was given was very junior and unconfident. I have no problem at all with people learning but not with my wedding nails - by the time my mums nails were finished, I was still sitting there and didn’t even have a full set of tips glued on. The nail job was so bad! My natural nails came away from the tips within hours and they just weren’t stuck on properly. The acrylic at the base of my nail is a ridge where the acrylic lapped onto my skin - just awful! The woman that then took over was so arsey and rude to me. I showed her the French tip design I wanted and she just did her own thing. When I said that it wasn’t quite what I wanted she told me my style was old fashioned and uncool. I was so shocked! I kept showing her the picture of the nail style and she just ignored it. She then had a problem with doing my toe nails and told me I’d been in the seat for too long and that she had other clients. I’d specifically and accurately booked this woman to do my nails and toe nails - yet she had the cheek to tell me that I’d booked online incorrectly. I can’t believe these places actually exist and that I actually paid for this service. If my wedding hadn’t been 2 days later I would have walked out. I would never usually go to such extent to write a review but this caused me such stress and upset when it was suppose to be a few hours for me to relax. Even after this horrible experience I then had to spend my time filing my nails to try to get them into an acceptable shape. I was humiliated and I hope that the manger of the shop reads this and offers me a refund - although they probably won’t even care!!!

My disabled elderly mum had her usual visit to Bramhall Nails get her nails done and we were seriously disappointed. The process today was incredibly rushed. Visit one she needed to pay cash. Visit two and three card payment. Visit four it's back to cash! If I hadn't have been there she would never have been able to walk to the cash machine. It seems booking online gets you card payment, over the phone when there is no record of your visit you have to pay cash!

Visited today for the first time and absolutely love it! In all my experience it was a quite of challenge to explain what do I want (I am a quite bad with explanation) and have exactly what I want in the end. But this place just amazing. So good, so fast, so friendly. And, for additional to good quality, staff is lovely, place is spacious and clean, and good location as well.

Had shellac done here yesterday. Really nice salon and friendly staff with great service. Did a really good job so will definitely go back. Best quality products and only a little bit more than the cheapest places that use inferior products.
