   Been going here for three years now and I won't be returning. After my last set of nails did not last I went back and the owner told me I had to ask for someone specifically to do my nails going forward. When trying to book they keep saying they are to busy or ignoring me.

   I have been going here for years for pedicure. Or what they call luxury pedicure with polish. Like many others have said they have just randomly increased their price and given various reasons. I’m now paying £48 for an hour of me time which is the only time I get to myself every 6-8 weeks. I went there yesterday and a new lady was incredibly harsh pulling and pushing my feet like they are toys. Then she used the cuticle cutter to pierce through my skin and when I said it really hurt she said it’s ok you can’t see it!!! I asked her to cut them short and she asked me if I’m sure because there’s no going back. Even though I have them short every single time. Then they all started talking in their own language for the entire time I was there. The lady who did my polish was incredibly rude and out of order and I will be making a complaint about it. Her polish is terrible as well the white colour is all over my skin. Then another lady did my pedicure and usually they put various exfoliating creams and moisturisers and give a nice rub of my feet with is why I go to relax. But this time she used one exfoliator for 3 minutes max and then a cream and literally slapped my feet rather than rubbing them and said all done pay £48 now!!!! Completely out of order and I’ve been going here for years but I will not be going again if they don’t address this. This place will lose a lot of customers if they continue to work like this. I’ve taken many people here in the past when they were good and recently they just charge more and more and do less and less. So fast that they just went to get the next client and make more money. No respect for their usually clients or any client really and they didn’t turn on the seat massager and neither did I because of the issues an the fact that they were just talking very loud across the room for the whole time, I left with a teri ke headache! And very very very unhappy!!!!

   A horrendous experience. No time or care is taken over your nails. The lady complained that my nails were brittle (they were because I have been getting my nails done here) and then proceeded to aggressively file my nails with a drill file in a rush when there were no other clients waiting. Staff are rude and unfriendly with a can’t really be arsed attitude. Extra charges are added in for nails being ‘long’ if they don’t like the look of you and next to me people are receiving discounts because they had a nice chat. I left the salon for the final time today in tears and will not be going back ever. Don’t bother getting your nails done here, it is a truly horrible experience and not worth the price.

   Clearly make up prices on the spot. I am a regular and always get the same french tip. They randomly increased the price by £5, when I asked why, they said " your nails are longer." They are my usual length and are short, see image. I will not be going back!

   Came here yesterday.. not been here before and I got my nails done by a lovely young man :) Prices are quite high if I am honest but my nails are near perfect so you definitely get what you pay for!

   Been going to this salon for a few months and each time I go I have the exact same style and each time the price is different and not as show in the price list on the wall. Absolute rip off as an infill now costs the same as a complete new set.

   I've been going to nailbox for a while now and honestly there is only one decent person in there who pays attention and does your nails correctly the rest rush you through and pay absolutely no attention. They do not bother cleaning under and round your nails, pay no attention to cuticles. The majority of them do not feel the need to listen to what you ask them to do which results in you leaving the salon with nails of different shapes and lengths. Also they speak to you as little as possible while shouting across the shop to their other co-workers in their own language, I may not understand what they're saying but I know from facial expressions/body language a lot of it is negative. Don't waste your money here 9/10 chance of being disappointed.
