   Shop is very small and dirty. When doing my pedicure he took of two of my actual toe nails and said “oops it fell off” then did a light scrub and rub on me feet and was finished with the pedicure. When he proceeded to paint the nails it looked so awful as the white nail polish was all over my skin and cuticles. My friend who was doing a manicure had her cuticles drilled with the nail drill cutting her and hurting her her fingers are all red now. Would not recommend.

   Amazing work by the team. I was a walk-in customer and they did their best to accommodate me and they did a very great job. They removed and did a new set of nails for me so quickly and skilfully. They also removed it very gently so my nails were still healthy afterwards. The nail art was amazing; they were able to take the inspiration picture I showed and recreated it really well for my chosen nail shape. Given the great service and student discount (of 10%) I will definitely come again.

   Such a fantastic nail salon! The staff are always so friendly, quick, and do such a wonderful job every time I get my nails done. I’ve never had an acrylic nail lift since going here, they’re just that good! Amazing at designs, isolated chrome, and cat eye too!

   Very welcoming ladies and great customer service. I got infills for my long acrylic nails, I was indecisive with my nail design and my tech gave me suggestions and helped me decide without feeling rushed. I will be returning to hen back in Manchester. Thank you, I love my nails!

   Rude to the customers and make a lousy job.the "nail designers" are speaking to eachother on their own asian language and having telephone"meetings" with other family from their country,,,,at least you get something to laugh at while you sit there...what a joke this salon is.Had to go to another salon to fix my nails next day.also was giving another price then what first was given.will not go back to that place and can not recomand it to anyone. give your money to another salon who deserves it.

   I have had a shellac nails done to have a nice nails for my holiday and not to worry about them while away. Shellac usually last on my nails up to three weeks. Shellac done in Iconic Nails started chipping off from 4 nails after a week time. I had terrible looking nails for a week while I was still away. Upon return I went to the place to make them aware about it. I was expecting at least to have the nails re done as a compensation of having chipped nails and not be able to do anything with them. I have been told I should come straight after that happened even I explained I wasn't in the country. So not only the product/service is terrible but also they showed they don't care about customers and their satisfaction at all. So they definitelly have one less to worry about now.

   Excellent service. I came here for a pedicure on a Tuesday pm and was the only customer - the lady spent ages on my feet, really gave them a lot of attention with cuticle tools, dead skin scraping tool and pinnacle stone. They have never felt so smooth and soft! Highly recommended

   Does not even deserve 1 star. Terrible Customer service. Called up to explain to the women that i was unhappy with the shape of the nails i got the day before. Instead of having a calm conversation about the situation, i got nothing but verbal abuse by the women. I went in to the shop to have the issue corrected , and then 'owner' decided that having a ten minute argument with me and my friend was acceptable. She told my friend very rudely to sit down and that this was none of her business, which again was not the way to communicate with a customer no matter who's 'Fault' it was. i was a regular customer that went to the shop every 2-3 weeks. Never again. They are disrespectful to there clients, extremely unprofessional and i wouldn't advise anyone to go there.
