   i asked for a length, and a man cut them very wonky. then, a woman finished the rest and filed them with an inch of their life, making them much shorter than wanted. i had already payed and the nails were nearly done so i didnt say anything. she looked at my inspiration pic once and winged it. not at all what i wanted, also made my friends hand bleed. avoid this place!

   Worst nail bar i ever been, doesn't do what you ask. My nails are disgusting. And I never had my nails removed the way they did it eas awfully avoid at all cost

   Avoid this place at all costs. They are robbing barstools who charge 2x the stated price for sub tier quality nails, sharp uneven edges, didn't listen to my design wants, poor quality nail art, will be visiting another salon tomorrow to get these removed/recovered

   Extremely poor service, I was actually shocked at the level of disregard and lack of interaction or care to nails the staff provided. I was concerned that the staff did not listen to initial requests and kept suggesting different things. They had taken payment first which meant and I'd asked for my hands and toes to be painted, extremely rough and rushed and not neat. I enjoy getting my nails done as an act of self care but would never return and suggest avoiding this place, extremely rough and left feeling extremely disappointed & shocked.

   Worst experience in my life, that left me traumatised and injured. I decided to have my acrylic nails removed professionally but did I expect this type of approach. Instead of using a removal agent, they decided to clench my hands and use what can only be described as a mini plier, to pull my nails off. After the third nail being removed which also took away one of my real nail, I was in that much agony and pain that I had to raise my voice to make them stop. Despite my reaction and shouting telling her to stop, she continued to tug on my nails , clenching my hands harder until i had no choice but to pull my hands away from her. I was left in tears by their behaviour but to add insult to injury she decided to laugh it off with her colleague and found the whole incident amusing. I was told that I would have to pay regardless of having only 3 nails removed and the staff crowded over me in a threatening manner. I had my child with me and in fear paid the full £15 and walked away from the shop in tears. I sincerely hope that no other customers have to face this type of behaviour or injury over a simple procedure. Avoid this place at all expense.

   Never have ever got this type of pedicure done she didn’t put more than one product on and no massage or scrub done on feet Waste of time and money Full treatment didnt last more than 20 minutes Really disappointed Don’t recommend this place

   Very rude staff, especially the chinese man who claims to be the owner. He was rude enough to mockingly ask me on few different visits "Do you bite your nails?" (I was working as a packer at the time and used to have cuts on my fingers). You don't say anything like that to someone who is bringing money to your business.. Not only that, they talk only in chinese in the presence of non-chinese customers, and from the tone of their voice it often sounds like mocking. Very rude and disrespectful. I've stopped using this salon cos they clearly don't deserve my custom and my hard-earned money. Bring your custom & money elsewhere.

   I went to get my nails and I was waiting in the queue patiently. As it come to my turn he refused to do my nails and said I wasn’t waiting in the queue and told the next person sat next to me to get her nails done. Luckily that other person spoke in my favour and said i was waiting but the man still refused.
