Worst worst worst nails I have ever had done! Absoloutley shocking! The shape the finish the polish everything about them! Absolute embarrassment! Would never ever ever go back there if you payed me! Only to have them took back off and even then I’d think about it! Gutted, no exaggeration they are a mess! Don’t waste your money! They are not cheap either so can’t even justify how shocking they are by you get what you pay for coz they were NOT!!!!

I visited this salon today and paid way too much money for an uncomfortable experience and a terrible set of poorly designed nails. 1. Uncomfortable atmosphere I called for an appointment at 10:20 and was told I could have one for 10:30. I got there straight away. No prices/extra information was given. When I got there, there were already three people waiting and the shop owner told me to sit down and wait. I was not asked what I wanted or given a price lost. In the back of the shop, a woman was shouting loudly and unrelentingly. Although the shop is split into their home and the shop, her voice could be heard through the shop, making being there extremely uncomfortable. 2. Arbitrary pricing After being there for an hour, I was asked to take a seat at one of the workstations so that my nails could be removed. I asked about prices, obviously wanting to know what the cost would be before we started, and the man pointed to a price-list on the wall, which said Β£17 for acrylics with plain tops, Β£28 for acrylics with gel colour/painted tips, and Β£5 for removal. I wanted a set of acrylics with painted tips and a thin line of gold paint. After removing my nails, the man asked what I wanted and I said acrylics with red painted tips and a line of gold. Then, because of the language barrier, I showed him a picture. He tutted when I showed him the picture and shook his head. He then said the cost would be Β£45. Shocked, I asked why when the price list he had shown me had said Β£28 and I was only asking for a simple design. I was not happy with the price not only because the price list suggested it would be much less but also because other salons charge around Β£30-Β£35 for the simple design I showed him. But, because he'd begun, I said okay and let him carry on. 3. Lack of customer service I was made to feel as though I was being problematic throughout the treatment, which made me feel very uncomfortable and resulted in me leaving with a set of nails that I am unhappy with. The first problems came when he cut them down to size. The nails were too long but when I asked him to cut them down, he was clearly unhappy that I had asked him to change them. I asked him twice in all to cut them down; they weren't right after the second trim, but I didn't want to annoy him more by asking again so left it. Then came the colour of the acrylic, which he chose and began without asking my opinion. When I politely asked if he had anything lighter, he sighed again and unhappily found one. Then came the colour. I had asked for dark red but he brought out a light one. I asked for a darker one and pointed to the polishes which were out on display, thinking he could use one of those. Sighing again, he gruffly said they didn't work anymore and gruffly went to find something else. The colour wasn't right but I didn't know what to do so I said okay. At this point, he swapped the work with his wife, who had just come down. She was very rough with my hands as she moved them about and began to clean the workstations, speaking angrily in a language I didn't understand. It was uncomfortable to listen to how unhappy she clearly was at doing my nails. She then sprayed disinfectant on the table and then on my hands, cleaning me! Shocked, I told myself the nails would be done soon and I could go. She then started painting, creating the thinnest line on the tip and the thinnest line of gold. To say they had charged me Β£45 supposedly for colour, they used hardly any product on me. By this point, I didn't have it in me to ask for another change because I was feeling so uncomfortable, so I let her finish, paid, and left. Looking at them in the car, I noticed that the little painting that had been done was completely uneven. I now have nails which are too long and badly designed but ultimately cost me more than some of the most artful designs I've had! Other reviews on here seem to echo my experience, suggesting they weren't just having a bad day. Please avoid!

When acrylic was applied my nails burned which I have never experienced before. After this I asked for french tip which are all different sizes and shapes, aswell as the mail itself jagged and different sizes. This was rushed and not cared for I do not recommend.

Absolutely shocking Will never go here again. Me and my mum went to get our nails done for Mother’s Day not only was they rude the nails looked a mess! The women was so rude against us giving us attitude and pulling my hand as rough as anything getting annoyed because I took not even 2minutes to chose the colour I wanted. My mums nails wasn’t even the right colour she didn’t like them one bit. One week later having them done all the top layer has started peeling off same happened when we got straight out because she didn’t let them dry proper just rushing us out so she could close and my nails have chipped so easily and already outgrowing massively because she didn’t apply the acrylic properly on my hand. Will never go here again .
