   too expensive when the nails are not good. they are ugly and my nail fell off within 3 hours of getting them done. also damaged the skin around my nails however the staff were nice and friendly

   I came in with my girlfriend to treat her and get her Christmas nails done, now I’m not really the type of person to put in a complaint when something goes wrong because I know people don’t do anything by purpose however we stated as this was our second Trip to vanity nails and the first trips nails prior to these had broken and the gel had chipped off 2 days in. I clearly stated to the workers that please try their best as it was Christmas, to not mess anything up and please make it last longer than last time. So we got them done and this time not even 24 hours later of getting my girlfriend Christmas nails done, 6 of them chipped. It’s a joke we went back to them and they apologized and guaranteed that she’s fixing them and even put two layers of gel top coat on to protect and they will 100% last over a week so I was okay. Again they lied to us as 2 days later nails have chipped and 1 had snapped off and all the gels come off. So again I Rang them asking for fresh set or a refund as they guaranteed we would not have to come back again let alone 2 days after going to them for the second trip. Shocking customer experience would not recommend at all.

   Came today and had my toes done by one of the lovely ladies in there sorry I didn’t get her name. She did a great job, will come back regular now. £18 for a pedicure and a gel polish! What a bargain! And to top it off it was done to a very high standard. Thank you
