   Been twice now, to try and get my wife a pair of runners and then to get myself some running trainers, too. Both times the staff are incredibly miserable and disinterested. That’s one issue. The second is, the selection of shoes & colour ways are horrendous, I don’t know who picks their catalogue of options but they’re horrific. Colour ways for your grandma. And the prices are silly, I found the same pair they tried to charge me 160 for 119 online. Don’t waste your time.

   It was a great experience they really helped me pick a shoe for me but unfortunately the only reason I give it 4 stars is that the Nike Vomero Plus wasn’t there.

   Just purchased a pair of hoka trainers from Sutton runner. Walked in and asked to look at the trainers. I asked about what type of trainer is good for my type of running, the person I spoke to didn’t give much information. I asked if I could jump on the treadmill to check my running style, I was told that it is £20 If I don’t buy any trainers, and it is not charged if I buy some. Whilst the person went to get me a sample pair of trainers, I asked the other staff member which type of trainers would work best, gel or foam, he said it’s all the draw just different technology. A couple walked in after me, the attention they got was far different to what I received. The person was let onto the machine without any mention of a £20 fee if no trainer was purchased. Also the explanation of what each trainer would do in regard to her running style was thorough, was told to take a seat, asked what her budget was before they started to bring the trainers out. Whilst I was there watching this happen, I did think to myself why am I spending my money here. I did not want to give them the satisfaction of taking my £20 for a 45 second run. Very disappointed, I was in and out of that shop within 10 minutes having spent £135.00.

   The staff were amazing. Really helpful, knowledgeable and were really attentive when I came back in to exchange for a larger size. Great team, great shoes and cannot knock them at all.

   I cannot speak highly enough of my interactions with Sutton Runner. They were really friendly, helpful and honest when choosing the correct shoes for me which was great. Then a number of months later when one shoe developed a fault, Charlotte couldn't have been more helpful and spent time in remedying it. Fantastic customer service. I'll certainly be back when time comes that I need my next pair.

   I went on their website and booked a gait analysis, being relatively new to running. I arrived and was treated superbly. The gentleman was friendly, offered lots of advice and support, and spent a not inconsiderable time letting me try different running shoes on, and advising each as we went. I was so impressed, and was never asked for details for "marketing purposes" none of that nonsense. The gait analysis was very useful and simple, I was thankful for it. Really would recommend this place, outstanding. Thank you.

   Great service from Paul and a great range of trainers. I’d suffered pains in my knees after running, a quick run on the treadmill with the gait analysis showed why. Paul was able to find me 4 different brands of trainers in my size, tried them all and found the perfect shoe. Thanks again for your help, will definitely be back

   What a great experience. Went in for a new pair of running trainers. Brilliant service and great knowledge. Explained what I was using and issues having and a few suggestions given and tried on. Gait analysis was helpful and new trainers purchased.

   Great service and excellent advice - As a novice runner with knee injuries and arthritis, I booked in for an assessment on the running machine. I tried multiple pairs of trainers until we found the pair to meet my needs. I am delighted with them and it has spurred me on to faster times already.
