This restaurant is a real gem! The food was absolutely impeccable – every dish was bursting with fresh flavours, expertly prepared and their portions are huge. The service was equally outstanding; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcome. While the food and service were top-notch, the ambiance could use a little improvement. However, do not let that deter you! The quality of the food and the exceptional service alone make this place a must-try. We will definitely be back for more of their delicious cuisine!

If you miss Mandi, this will remind you of Yemeni restaurants in the Middle East: plastic sheet spread on the table, soft lamb on a big plate with rice, eat with your hands (but cutlery is available). We had a fish dish as well, Samak Makhbaza, which was superb. Couldn’t take a photo as we ate it too quick!

Mandi rice is just smoked rice it's not mandi rice. The baklava is old and tastes bad. The cashier is very unfriendly, he just kept doing other stuff and ignoring me when I tried to order at the counter and finally when I gave him my order he told me "sit down" like I was annoying him there was no "please". I even heard others telling him "smile a bit" and he said if you work here you wouldn't last a day....

The place has renamed itself to The Palm, I loved the different options they had on the menu and tried the Lamb Kabsah that was amazing. The portion was really big and I look forward to returning there again. I noticed some other people ordered a nan and it looked HUGE!!

The service and atmosphere are very good. Very friendly staff. I gave 2 stars because of food quality. I feel that it depends on your luck. If you chose an item from the menu that is freshly made, then it's good. Otherwise the rice is dry and chicken tastes old. Overall, it is not recommended. One of the poorests Kabsas I have ever had.

We went twice to this. We went for dinner and then lunch the next day. The atmosphere is nice and everything looks nice and clean. For dinner they didn't have half of the menu. We finally ordered something they had and it was great. We had meat with rice. The meat wasn't 100% as it was rib so was full of bones and fat. Overall it was ok and better than nothing. For lunch we got Fahsah which was nice but the waiter forgot to ask us for bread. And they gave us the starter after they gave us the main menu. The menu prices were not the same as the actual prices. They said the meat has increased and thus the process increased but they hadn't changed the menu. The staff were great and nice but they should definitely change the menu. Would recommend only if you're desperate for Yemeni food.
